Renewal Days For MBSR Teachers And MBSR Graduates

An opportunity to support and renew your Mindfulness Practice.

Centre for Mindfulness Ireland offers Renewal Days for those who are teaching MBSR and also for those who have completed the 8 week MBSR Programme either with Centre for Mindfulness Ireland or elsewhere. Based on the MBSR 8 Week Retreat Day, it offers time and space for reflection and re-connection.
