Kathryn O’Halloran

Kathryn, an Associate of the Centre for Mindfulness Ireland, is a qualified nurse with over 20 years’ experience, both at home and abroad. She has been practising yoga and meditation since 2000.

Kathryn is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher having trained with the Centre for Mindfulness (CFM), University of Massachusetts Medical School, Worcester, Massachusetts.

She has also undergone formal training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University, Wales.

Kathryn is committed to practising mindfulness in her own life as a busy working mum and is very passionate about sharing these practical and supportive tools with others. This is very dear to her heart.

She adheres to the Irish Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses which include engaging in regular supervision sessions and ongoing trainings and retreats.

Along with Kathryn’s warmth and care, she brings a wealth of experience to her teaching of Mindfulness in a wide variety of settings.

Mindfulness Practice Evenings in Bray

Date: Block: 1 2nd -23rd July 2019

Block 2: 6th – 27th August 2019

Time: Tuesdays 7-8:30pm

Venue: The Novara Centre, Strand Road, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Cost: €55 per 4 week block payable in advance. Individual sessions available for €15 subject to space.

Whether this is your first time to experience mindfulness or you’ve been practising for a while you are welcome to come along. A variety of meditations will be guided each week including some mindful movement such as walking or stretching.

Mindfulness Practice Evenings in Bray

Date: 1st October – 19th November 2019

Time: Tuesdays 7-9:30pm

Venue: The Novara Centre, Strand Road, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Cost: €350 (€300 to repeat)

The programme includes 8 weekly classes each Tuesday 7pm – 9:30pm and One full day retreat on Sunday 10th November 10am – 4pm.
You will receive a course handbook and downloads to guided meditations for home practice.
