Over the past ten years Anne has facilitated courses and workshops for individuals, groups, secondary and primary students, teachers, recovering addicts and corporate business. She has a great interest in Mindfulness in education and her grand design is for Mindful Awareness to be part of the education system in Ireland so that children and young adults will have the opportunity to learn a life skill that can support them from as early an age as possible to throughout their entire life.

“In my experience of teaching Mindfulness, anyone who is open to receiving from this practice has something positive to gain.”
